Selina is a Human Resources Professional with more than 15 years’ experience in the industry, establishing herself at some of the most recognised brands in Australia.
Her hands-on approach to working with people to build a workplace culture and enhance a business’s capability across a range of industries such as labor hire, sports, hospitality and events has provided Selina with a wealth of experience across the Human Resources function.
Starting with payroll, Selina’s experience in the Human Resource space grew into her becoming a manager, before she took this experience to recognised brands including the National Rugby League, Australian Turf Club (formerly Sydney Turf Club), Chubb Security and the Sydney Aquarium.
This journey has given Selina the opportunity to take on and learn from many challenges, and she has used this to enhance her Human Resources skills. After taking maternity leave and returning to work, Selina has decided that sharing her knowledge and skills was important to her and so she established her own start up business Elevate HR.
She believes in conversations about people with people can bring you the best solutions to drive your business success. Selina is passionate about assisting businesses build and foster a happy and successful workforce.
During her spare time, Selina embraces the outdoors, finding adventures that can be shared with her family and she also has a keen interest in Wildlife conservation after volunteering in Africa. Selina focuses on keeping fit and believes that finding balance with her family and work life is the foundation for her energy and positivity.

Rosemary is a Human Resources Professional with more than 10 years’ experience in the industry. She has worked across Legal, Engineering, FMCG and Automotive sectors in both Australian and New Zealand (working with both blue- and white-collar employees) and has experience with both local and NZ employment law.
She enjoys working in an operational space to help business’s build on what they already have as well as being comfortable operating at a strategic level to attract, develop and retain staff. She believes that people are key to any organisation and therefore ensures that any organisation she works across has a great workplace culture in place. Rosemary is people oriented and that’s what makes her stand out in this profession.
The last 10+ years has given Rosemary the opportunity to take on and learn from many challenges, working in greenfield organisations where she has had to build HR from scratch and more recently through COVID-19 where many difficult decisions had to be made. She is a member of the Business Chamber and uses this to enhance her Human Resources skills.
Rosemary loves to travel and has covered most countries in the world. She believes travel is an educational experience and loves learning about local culture.
