At ElevateHR we are always looking for ways in which we can help better empower small to medium size businesses navigate through the world of people management and have happy and productive employees.
During our 2018 journey, we were learning from many clients and other businesses, and discovered that many of owners and managers were experiencing the same hurdles and were wanting concise and practical guidance on how best to overcome these issues. We found that around the Hills and Parramatta districts of Sydney, there was a real absence of courses or workshops that helped business address this.
It was for this reason we are excited to launch ElevateHR Workshops. ElevateHR Workshops is a series of focused workshops tackling the key topics small to medium size businesses have been raising with us, in a practical and interactive way.
Kicking off in March, our first will focus on the sometimes ‘difficult’ task of dealing with poor performance in the workplace, how to correctly identify and address it in a manner which works for SMBs.
The workshop will take place at the Kinder Cafe in Castle Hill on Thursday, March 14 and additional workshops will be announced in the future.
