WORKSHOP TOPIC: MANAGING POOR PERFORMANCE

Presented by: Selina Birchall
Human Resources Specialist

Date: Thursday, 14 March 2019
Time: 18:15 – 20:30
Venue: Kinder Cafe, 3 Salisbury Road, Castle Hill NSW 2154

WORKSHOP OVERVIEW:

Many businesses face poor performance at some point. Whether this is a frequent occurrence depends  on what processes are in place to identify and address poor performance and whether the respective managers have the skills and confidence they need to address this with their direct reports.

Poor Performance Management costs Australian businesses more than $6 billion per year

Despite how important employee performance is to the health of an organisation, many managers find this a very difficult task and will often avoid having critical conversations.

ElevateHR’s Managing Poor Performance is a purpose focused workshop. The aim is to assist with empowering managers in Small to Medium sized businesses to identify and address poor performance in a concise and practical two-hour workshop.
